Dr. Mayuree Wadhawan

Mayuree Wadhawan is in the third year of serving CAPA’s Board of Director. During the past two years she Co-chaired the Cultural and Event program organizing Splendor of the East (SOE) events. For this second term as a member of Board of Director under the new president she would like to focus on assisting in the education leadership program and still will involve in the cultural and event for SOE.

In addition, she is currently a president of Thai American Association of Michigan (TAAM) and an honorary advisor to the Thai Buddhist Temple, Watbuddha Vihara Michigan in the city of Warren.

Mayuree received a doctoral degree in International and Educational Technology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1985. She resides in Troy, Michigan with her husband.
